About Rose Realty Services

Rose Realty Services was founded in 2010 by my husband, Don, and me, Kim Rose. After being with RE/MAX for nearly 4 years we decided to open a discount real estate franchise called Assist2Sell in Ohio and Tennessee. When the real estate market took a drastic turn, we began to realize that the various real estate franchise models were not designed to effectively keep up with the latest trends in the industry. So we designed a company with specific enhancements in order to form a “more perfect real estate agency”. We set out to create something better for our agents and clients. Today we pride ourselves for not only keeping up with the cutting edge technology, but for providing agents with superior training and broker support.

Rose Realty Mission Statement

The mission of Rose Realty Services is to provide agents with a modern technology based business platform that will reduce overhead and expenditures. My overall purpose and goals are to express my desire to provide value to today’s real estate agents by on- going mentoring and sharing of information that will assist in helping to build a better and more profitable business.

About the Broker: Kim Rose

I have been a resident of Northwest Ohio all but two years of my life. I graduated from the University of Toledo and started my professional career in a local bank in the Human Resource Department. The remainder of my professional career has been in the real estate industry. I truly love people and certainly have a calling for helping others. I have been a license real estate agent since 1999 and a real estate broker since 2004. I have been fortunate to be a part of several real estate franchises that have given me the insight to the traditional models of the real estate business from not only an agent standpoint but as a business owner. Throughout my real estate career, I have quickly come to the realization that my job requires a lot of compassion, understanding, and a ton of patience. My sincere care for others has given me the ability to stay in the business and open doors for other opportunities.

As a full time licensed broker I am empowered to be a productive, compassionate, and competent real estate professional, while simultaneously I am encouraged to balance my life by serving not only my family but my community. I strive to build long term relationships based on superior customer care by providing comprehensive real estate services and solutions that begin well before the sale and survive long after the closing. I have dedicated my last 3 years serving distressed clients with pre-foreclosure properties. I continue to educate myself through the certified distressed property institute that keeps me abreast of all the industry changes regarding the short sale process. I strive to help those in need.

On a personal note, I am blessed to be able to work with side by side with my husband, Don. We have two beautiful teenage children, Taylor and Connor. We currently reside in Bowling Green, Ohio and take an active part in our local community and charity events.
